Privacy Choices

If you can sign in, use the in-app account-deletion control to begin deletion of the full account. For access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or another privacy question, use the support form and choose “Privacy request.” You may also email hello@remodelcalm.com.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge a privacy request within two U.S. business days. That acknowledgement is not the final response. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and tell you if identity verification, project authority, legal retention, or project ownership affects the request.

Identity and project authority

We verify that a request comes from the person whose information is involved, or an authorized representative. We may ask for the account email, project role, or other limited information needed for verification. We use verification information only for that purpose and related security.

Deletion

Eligible account-deletion requests have a target completion period of 30 days. Deletion may require ownership transfer first. Some records may be de-identified or retained when required for contracts, warranties, disputes, tax, insurance, security, another participant’s legitimate project record, or law. We will explain an applicable exception.

No sale or behavioral-advertising share

RemodelCalm does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated before the change takes effect and will provide any legally required opt-out method.
